I am the Spirit of your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,
The promise He made when He ascended back into Heaven
Why not accept Me today? Christ has already paid the price
Say yes to Me, and repent, I’ll make the difference in your life
You will be forgiven for the sins you’ve carried within
You see when Christ ascended back into Heaven, He left Me
To convict you, guide you, and to set you free
But, I can only do these things if you let Me in
You must understand, rejecting Me is an unforgiveable sin
Therefore, to save you, I will come again and again
I know there are some I will lose and some I will win
I am like an unlocked door that is always left open
Once you walk through the door, it closes and is locked
You must open your door when you hear Me knock
I linger around this earth seeking one who believes
In Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior,
I am like the wind that comes in the midst of a storm
One can’t see Me but you’ll know that I’m near
You’ll find comfort in Me with nothing to fear
I can come at any time, don’t turn Me away
When you feel Me, be humble and obey
Yes, I am the rapid heartbeat you just felt
Let Me in right now, because you need My help
When you reject Me, you cause Me to grieve
I will not harm you, this you must believe
I’ve come to bring you love, joy, and peace
If you accept Me, these feelings will never cease
I am like a shadow to all unbelievers
I don’t want you to perish, will you become my receiver?
I am like the calmness in the midst of a hurricane
I am humble, meek, and understanding
Let Me in your heart, for I know where you’ve been
I even know all of the terrible things you’ve done and seen
I realize sometimes that you don’t want to be bothered
So, I’ll leave you for a while to seek another
But, if you continue to hear Me and not let Me in,
I’ll leave you alone, and you’ll be lost in your sin
If you continue to harden your heart and reject Me
Then your eternal home will be Hell
Accept Me today, for I have so much to tell
Yes, it is I, nudging at your heart one last time
I feel you don’t want to be left behind
I see the door to your heart has opened.
I will enter quickly before you change your mind
This is good; I can speak to you from inside
You now have the authority to speak in My name
Because you and I are now one and the same
When you pray to the Father, Christ will intercede for you,
As long as you put Him first in all that you do
It is I that will guide you now, not your flesh
When you obey Me, you will always be blessed
I will never lead you to do anything wrong
Because in you I will remain steadfast and strong
When you have the urge to commit sin
I will convict you and I usually win
My Father is the Creator, fear Him and He’ll give you wisdom
Jesus Christ is the Mediator; He intercedes when you do wrong
I am the Navigator; I’ll guide you and keep you strong
You are blessed for making the change in your life
Because you have Me, God the Father, and Jesus Christ
Put Us together and We all make One
I am the Holy Spirit, God bless you for what you have done.
