How to Activate Your Crown Chakra to Draw Sexual Energy Upwards
Get in touch with your Base Chakra, the first energy vortex along the center line of your body, at the perineum, which gates in the most animalistic, individualistic aspect of your self. Use ways to inhabit it more vitally, more colorfully, more consciously, such as drumming, low walking in a martial art like qigong, squeezing the root muscles repetitively, chanting deep sounds, walking barefoot, rocking your pelvis, or whatever way brings your awareness to it.
Many people are stuck at the lower chakras, some never moving their level of awareness beyond the first Chakra. This can be a shame, because there is so much more of the self to experience and enjoy. There are seven main Chakras, or energy whirls that connect the outer levels of the aura with the body, along the center line of the body, from the base of the spine, up to the crown of the head. It’s great to open and develop all of them, but if you chose two to work with for simplicity, especially in sexual situations, go for the first one and the seventh one for the most explosive, beautiful, powerful feelings beyond anything ordinary sex can bring.
Get in touch with your Crown Chakra by turning your eyes, most easily with them being closed, as if you could look at the spot at the center of your scalp at the very top of your head. Turn them upwards even more from there, smiling and relaxing into the experience, as if you could use your direction of sight to make a fountain, or an opening out of a flower, based at the crown of the head. So you will be looking higher than your head, widening your focus, using the muscles in your eyes to expand your “vision” outwards to a more panoramic view to the whole area above your head. This is the Crown Chakra.
Most people’s are not developed at all their entire lives. But if you meditate, do something like Tai Chi, are spiritually tuned into nature, feel a lot of universal love, do energy work, tend to merge sexually with your partner in ways that leave you floating in the ethers beyond your bodies, do astral travel, lucid dreaming, or remote viewing, your Crown Chakra may be blooming to some degree. Consciously working with it directly, with focused Tantric exercises, will develop it more.
The Base Chakra opens down from the base of the spine towards the ground. The Crown Chakra opens upwards above the head into the sky. Breathe into your Crown, in and out, imagining being fed by divine light and love and acceptance. It should feel good, nourishing, exciting, and smiling as you do it, more and more, can bring in more sense of energy entering you from the source of all things.
Imagine light that is conscious, alive, scintillating, sparkling, come in and glow all through the top of your head, as you expand the sense of your flower above your head, fountaining it out farther and farther, reaching the edges to explore how wide you can feel that you can go. You are getting in touch with your Higher Self.
This part of you is less limited that the baser part you contacted before, knows more behind the scenes of networking between friends and family and associates and strangers and sexual partners that occurs in just the right moments to magically bring good things to you all. This part of you may not share that knowledge with the Lower Self, but it knows. The more you get in touch with it, though, the more it may share, if you ask it to. The sharing may come through dreams, visions, intuitions, synchronicities, people telling you just what you are asking, out of the blue, the right book falling off the shelf in front of you.
The more you get in touch with the Higher Self, the more you feel comfortable in your purpose, understanding your sexual partnerships and their reasons and complexities, feeling the love between you being solid and beneficial and healthy. The Higher Self is the portal to the Universal.
Now, clench the muscles at the base of the torso, turning your eyes down to that Chakra, and remind yourself of your individual, limited, animal self. Ahhhh…..
Now, bounce your eye direction up to look at the Crown, and feel the expansiveness, the openness to the flow of energy, the limitless oceanic, boundless beingness.
Now, bounce back and forth between the two. Bounce, bounce, bounce. Feel the energy start to rise along your body from the Base to the Crown, connecting the two along the central core of your body. Feel yourself be more glowing, more alive, pulsing.
And start doing that more quickly, feeling more energy travel back and forth, hearing it buzz, containing more of it in your body, making it bounce faster and faster, smiling bigger and bigger. Yes!
Now, do it while becoming more aroused, maybe touching your genitals in whatever way turns you on. The energy will intensify.
Once you get the hang of it, do it with a partner if you like, maybe touching each other, moving up against each other, grinding on each other, breathing in unison, letting each other know when you’re speeding up the bouncing. Let it stay up above your heads together, and let it flow outwards, as you feel you are rushing along the sky in bliss, breathing more deeply, as you go beyond words. Just stop moving and experience the parts of yourselves that exist beyond the body.
This is very intimate, connecting beyond the incarnated, limited, physical self, to include the soul.
